The 2011 Arbor Day on the Midtown Greenway occurred on Saturday 7, 2011. Now with ten years of planning, developments, and execution; these folks are making our community better and healthier again. MayDay 2011 workshops – Universe of Union

The artists heading up this section of the 2011 MayDay Parade express that “Our world is a noisy place, filled with sounds and voices”. With that they gather together a multitude of imagery and symbols. They are also the section that should see the majority of the stroller aged paraders, and their slightly elder siblings. MayDay 2011 workshops and you

As I write this, about half of the MayDay 2011 Public Workshops have taken place. One Saturday, April 23 2011, session with two workshops; one at 9 a.m., and one at 1 p.m. remain. There will be workshops at 7 p.m. on the Tuesdays and Thursdays that remain in April.

Against our War making policies? Take you message to the streets. Join a murder of crows in a message of change.

During the workshops there are many ways to help. The section also includes people in black carrying signs moving among those in crow costumes, and that making of a sign is a one workshop project. Dig up that pithy quote and attend a workshop. It is fun!
