ReOccupy Minneapolis began on April 7 2012. The sites chosen were Loring Park and Peavey Plaza in Downtown Minneapolis. The warm weather lead to an Irish parade

Unseasonably warm weather got me motivated to check out the parade on a Saturday evening. There may be a touch of Scots-Irish in my genetic background, but it is predominately German. But the gathering of people for a Parade provided a destination for a bike ride. During the summer of 2007 I became enmeshed with photographing a mural that was being painted on the side of Freewheel Bicycle in the West Bank area of Minneapolis.
