In August, the Stevens Square Community Organization celebrated the 20th Anniversary of their citizen Block Patrol. Council Member Robert Lilligren read a proclamation from the city at the event, and Block Patrol members and members of the Minneapolis Police and Community Crime Prevention spoke of the success of the group.
