Saturday the 15th of Ocober was yet another spectacular fall day. An excellent day to take a bike ride and I knew where there would be a great event to hang out at for a few hours. So I ventured down to the People’s Plaza in downtown Minneapolis. A place where everybody who believes in equality and justice can feel immediately at home. Go and experience a change in the direction of our country. Go and help make a difference, go to see, go to encourage, go to be encouraged. We the people . . .
Imagine there’s no HeavenIt’s easy if you tryNo hell below usAbove us only skyImagine all the peopleLiving for todayImagine there’s no countriesIt isn’t hard to doNothing to kill or die forAnd no religion tooImagine all the peopleLiving life in peaceYou may say that I’m a dreamerBut I’m not the only oneI hope someday you’ll join usAnd the world will be as oneImagine no possessionsI wonder if you canNo need for greed or hungerA brotherhood of manImagine all the peopleSharing all the worldYou may say that I’m a dreamerBut I’m not the only oneI hope someday you’ll join usAnd the world will live as one
