Labor unions, like the Minnesota Nurses Association, have made significant gains in power and benefits over the years despite many companies’ restrictive policies against organizing. East Side Freedom Library Co-Director Peter Rachleff provides a historical view on the struggle, while organizer and labor leaders in MNA discuss how and why they have succeeded in recent years.
