The story There are plans afoot for a new — or renovated — stadium for the St. Paul Saints. Three sites have been discussed:
1. Midway – remodeling the current stadium
2. Lowertown – downtown St. Paul
3. West Seventh
What’s at stake: Residents and businesses in Lowertown and West Seventh would be affected by a stadium locating there — positive or negative? And is any public money involved?
