The Northeast Food Cooperative continues its nutrition series, “Defining the Role Food Allergies, Sensitivities and Intolerances Play in Your Life!” with these sessions:

  • Saturday, March 10, 11:00-1:00 – “More than Just Gluten Free: Adverse Food Reactions and Celiac Disease. The session is free and open, no reservation required. Gather at the Northeast Library, 2200 Central Avenue, NE.
  • Saturday, March 31, 11:00-1:00 – “Fighting Inflammation: Smoothing the Symptoms of IBS with Diet Therapy. “ Free and open – no reservation required. This session will also meet at the Northeast Library, 2200 Central Avenue NE.
