NEIGHBORHOOD NOTES | March 31 Easter egg hunt at Silverwood Park

Easter egg hunts are popping up in city parks, churchyards and backyards these days. One favorite in Northeast is a family event scheduled for Saturday, March 31, at Silverwood Park. The family event features art, treats, music and the quest for a basket overflowing with Easter eggs. Silverwood hosts two starting times. The first is aimed at younger children, ages 0-4, beginning at 1:30 and 2:30. Children ages 5-10, begin at 2:00 and 3:00.

Cost is $5 for pregistrants $6 on the 31st. Call 763 559 6700 to register or find more information at on the Three Rivers Parks website.

Silverwood Park is at 2500 County Road E (near Silver Lake Road) in St. Anthony.
