Modern square dancing is a great social mixer, combining a healthy atmosphere and stimulating exercise to promote good fun and fellowship. Seniors, couples, families, all are welcome! Join us on Mondays, it’s hip to be square! If you plan on coming, we suggest attending the first few sessions. 10:15-11:00 This workshop will cover topics based on scientific evidence that shows us how to improve the way our brains work, and potentially lower our risk factors for developing dementia.
