The Minneapolis St. Paul International Film Festival kicked off Thursday night with speeches by local dignitaries and a screening of “The Angels’ Share” by acclaimed directed Ken Loach. The festival features over 200 films and over fifty filmmakers will be on hand to answer questions about their work. The festival goes on through April 28 and is the work of the Film Society of Minneapolis and St. Paul.
