Have you seen the new coffee shop on 32nd & E. Lake Street?
Owner Anwar Issa wanted to provide a place for neighbors to gather and get to know each other, so he opened up Lake Coffee House. In the first few weeks of business, Issa says that people have been stopping to check out the neighborhood’s newest spot for coffee.
Lake Coffee House offers fresh-brewed coffee from all over the world, as well as espresso drinks, frappes, smoothies, and tea. The coffee shop also sells coffee by the pound.
Issa said that he wants to become a part of the community, and hopes to serve the neighborhood for a long time. He adds, “Free Internet and free parking are waiting for anybody who would like to enjoy and relax in our little place.”
Lake Coffee House is located at 3223 E. Lake Street in Minneapolis. It is open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
