Get Involved at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 1
Our section of Lake Street, Cedar Ave, and 35th Street have more vacancies than viable businesses these days. That’s why CNO is organizing residents to help recruit new retailers to fill those vacancies with support from Katya Pilling, a local expert in small business recruitment and support. This new working group will meet at 6:00pm on Thursday, May 1 at the CNO office, 3451 Cedar Ave S to kick off the work. The group will continue to meet at 6:00pm on the first Thursday of each month at CNO, as part of Corcoran’s monthly Land Use & Housing committee meeting. Please join us! In the meantime, CNO staff have been door-knocking and talking to neighbors about what new retailers they’d like to see in the neighborhood.
