This weekend brings the final days of the 2011 Minnesota State Fair. The familiar and time-honored features are there for just a few more days: the animal barns, Big Fat Bacon, Sweet Martha’s Cookies, Ye Olde Mill and people watching of course.
They’ll all be back next year. But this year marks the first appearance of what is both a new AND old attraction.
