The bi-lingual festival celebrates Minnesota’s monarch butterflies as they head south to Mexico. The festival will kick off with dueling accordions from the Mark Stillman Band (polka) and Tejano 2000 (mariachi) at 10 a.m. Click here or here for details on the day-long celebration.
