The U.S. Postal Service issued a new set of stamps that celebrate bicycling at the downtown Minneapolis Bike Walk to Work Day celebration on Thursday, June 7. Giant replicas of the new stamps, pulled by bicycles, were paraded by the front of Hennepin County Central Library. Nicollet Mall was closed from 3rd to 4th Street over the lunch hour as tents from a variety of bike walk organizations and bike shops gave out information.
