St. Paul’s Sargent Avenue Halloween celebration still going strong

After more than 15 years, Sargent Avenue’s annual Halloween festivities are still going strong! The neighborhood blocks off the street and fills both sides with over-the-top decorations and costumes, welcoming hordes of trick-or-treaters for the annual show.
