Home foreclosures impact school enrollment

Empty homes mean empty neighborhood schools.  North Minneapolis has had transient enrollment for decades, but the home forclosure crisis compounded the problem, and school enrollment is suffering.  A new report by Neighborhoods Organizing for Change links low enrollment numbers and lost school funding to home forclosures in North Minneapolis.
