Arvonne Fraser is an author, activist, feminist, wife, mother, and grandmother. She is a Senior Fellow Emerita of the Hubert H. Humphrey School for Public Affairs, University of Minnesota, and co-founder of the Humphrey School’s Center on Women and Public Policy.
