Urban Gardening: An economic development tool

Summer of Solutions isn’t your typical college service project. Itsparticipants, who come from various Minnesota colleges, aim to help create entrepreneurial opportunities for local communities in underserved areas through environmentally-friendly projects. The video features students working with the Harrison Neighborhood Association to cultivate and harvest a community garden to feed neighbors and provide produce for them to distribute at local markets.
