Some of the most beautiful and interesting homes in St. Paul are featured on the 2012 Summit Hill House Tour, presented by Warners’ Stellian. It is one of the most popular historic home tours in the nation.

Spend an afternoon (Sunday, September 9, 2012 • Noon to 6pm) on this self-guided tour visiting 13 unique homes and two public spaces, getting an up-close look at the exquisite architecture and stunning interiors. Free shuttle service is provided between sites.

This year’s tour includes incredible homes on Heather Place, Clarence Johnstondesigned homes on Crocus Hill, Fairmount and Linwood avenues, and of course, gorgeous residences on Summit Avenue. There is also a Summit Avenue carriage house with a creatively remodeled kitchen.

This biennial event is a major fundraiser for the Summit Hill Association (SHA) that provides support for programs and events promoting local citizen participation, communications, staffing and crime prevention.

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 the day of the tour. Tickets available NOW online at: www.summithillhousetour.com or summithillassociation.org or can be purchased at the Summit Hill Association office in the Linwood Recreation Center – 860 St. Clair Avenue.
