As school districts across the state face budget issues, Saint Paul is dealing with an especially large revenue shortfall of $25 million dollars. The school district has proposed closing three schools, cutting teachers, staff and cutting back its open enrollment policy. At a public forum last week, District administration outlined its plan to members of the community. Reporter Marty Owings has the story from Saint Paul.
