In an effort to cut costs, the United States Postal Service has announced potential changes or closings to 87 post offices in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, and as many as 3,200 across the country, according to a variety of news reports. Among the Minnesota post offices targeted for closure, according to the Star Tribune: Seeger Square in St. Paul, Dinkytown, Butler and Commerce in Minneapolis, and others in Duluth, International Falls, and North Mankato.

I have looked for the complete list of 3,200 post office, and have found three links to PDF documents on three separate news websites. I tried all three, but couldn’t make them work. Did anybody else have better luck?
