Rally to keep pool open

Supporters of a therapeutic pool at the University of Minnesota Medical Center, Fairview on Riverside Avenue in Minneapolis, rallied to keep it open today. Fairview spokesman Ryan Davenport has said no efforts would prevent Fairview from closing the pool, which they estimate will cost $600,000 to renovate. Users of the pool were notified in January that it would be closed at the end of February. KFAI News Director Ahndi Fridell spoke to pool user Christine Sikorski.
