The Dayton’s Bluff District 4 Community Council is a neighborhood organization designed to encourage participation in and awareness of the Dayton’s Bluff neighborhood.
The Council advocates for people living in the community, provides an avenue to make government aware of citizens’ concerns, and advises government concerning neighborhood issues. The Council serves to educate the public, yet depends upon an engaged public to define what is important to the community.
Some of the main goals of the Council are to achieve and to maintain proper housing and education, attractive and plentiful public green space such as neighborhood parks and gardens, a healthy and diverse business community, and good recreational and artistic opportunities for neighborhood residents.
The Council is located at 798 East Seventh Street. Telephone 651-772-2075.
