OLM DEDICATES COMMUNITY CENTER WITH HUGE FANFARE by Hugh Peabody & James Townsend 06-12-2009 Cutting the ribbon to the facility, Mrs. Re Dwanyen offered a short prayer for blessings for the hall. Mr. Dwanyen and other officials of the city and the OLM made short speeches and toasts to the achievement that has eluded the OLM for many years.
