Games, good food, toddlers, strollers, grandparents and, above all, music of the nations. That’s the Windom Park Carnival. From one bandstand, a lively and talented Latino ensemble; from another the beautiful serenity of Korean dancers, from yet another the lively music of the Northeast Community Band – the cacophony made for a delightful summer evening celebration of the neighborhood and its grand diversity. Some photos tell the story of a beautiful evening of neighbors gathered at Windom Park in Northeast.
