Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA) seeks nominations for the Board of Directors. Officers will be elected at the WPCiA annual meeting on November 15. Five seats on the nine-member Board are open. Self-nomination as well as nominations from the floor are appropriate. Candidates must have attended at least one TPCiA neighborhood meeting since November 2010 through October 2011. All residents, property owners or business representatives are eligible to vote. The WPCiA Board meets on the fourth Tuesday of the month, 7:00 p.m. at the WPCiA office, 2314 Lowry Avenue Northeast.
