MN Attorney General backs anti-bully bill

Last week Attorney General Lori Swanson detailed her anti-bully proposal, which she hopes will be passed by the legislature and signed by the governor. The proposed legislation reflects a law recently passed in North Dakota. At the same press conference, Bloomington Police Sergeant Marty Earley and Richfield student William Voigt discussed the prevalence of bullying and how the legislation could be a deterrent.
