On Tuesday night, the Minneapolis school board unanimously voted to approve a plan to close four schools along with eliminating four magnet programs and a community school at the end of this school year. Schools include Longfellow Community School, Folwell Middle School and Park View Montessori at Bryn Mawr. Armatage Community school will shut down and Emerson Spanish Immersion will move to a new site. KFAI News Director Ahndi Fridell reports.
