The Minneapolis Public School District is looking to its alumni for support. The goal is to encourage a direct and personal kind of involvement with today’s students and the district as a whole. Towards that end, the schools have established the Minneapolis Alumni Connection.
Rebecca Noecker is director of Community Engagement at Achieve Minneapolis, and Nick Hara is an alum of the Minneapolis Public Schools and Southwest High School. They talked with Yvette Howie on The Morning Blend. [Audio below]
