Library Board president says budget options are unappealing, but necessary

The Minneapolis Library Board is in the midst of a series of public input meetings before hammering out the details of its budget for the next two years. They’ve already held two – the third one is tonight, and currently underway at Minnehaha United Methodist Church in south Minneapolis.
