Locking yourself out of your home happens to many people, but being locked out by a bank in the middle of winter can be illegal. This is the dilemma that One West Bank is facing because they locked Minneapolis resident Leslie Parks out of her house in the midst of a foreclosure negotiation. Parks is fighting back today.
