MONDAY PICK | Fringe season kicks off with the unveiling of Fringe Central

It’s not exactly accurate to call it a flash mob, but on June 11 at 8:00 p.m., a horde of theater people will suddenly descend on a location that will only be disclosed at 5 p.m., via Twitter. It’s the announcement of this year’s Fringe Central, the hub of the Minnesota Fringe Festival—moving to a new location this year after moseying last year from the former Bedlam Theatre to Moto-i. If you’re the kind of person who waits with bated breath for the Fringe site to launch each year so you can schedule your busy days of Fringing, you’ll want in on this summer’s first chance to rub elbows with your fellow Fringers.
