After a rainy start to the celebration on Friday night, precipitation largely stayed at bay on Saturday for day two of the Cinco de Mayo fiesta in St. Paul’s District del Sol. Thousands of revelers of all ethnicities packed Cesar Chavez Avenue for music, rides, games, and—of course—food and drink. As I walked through the festivities with my camera, there was a smile to snap everywhere I turned.
