Phở is a Vietnamese noodle soup consisting of broth, rice noodles (called bánh phở), herbs, and beef/chicken. Having originated in the early 20th century in northern Vietnam, phở is now a comfort dish to many.

Come join VSAM for Phở Night in Coffman 226 (ASU) for some tasty phở from Bona (prepared by our VSAM Board Members and volunteers) as well as various delicious Vietnamese desserts from Bambu!

All proceeds from this event will go towards our Collective Philanthropy Project, Pacific Links Foundation! Pacific Links Foundation’s mission is to stop the trafficking of Vietnamese youths by taking counter-preventative initiatives such as offering students academic scholarships, reintegration shelters for those who have been impacted by human trafficking, and grassroots networks to educate communities about the risk of trafficking.
