Eric Schwartz, dean of the Humphrey School of Public Affairs, cordially invites you to a conversation featuring Ahmed Isse Awad, Somalia’s Ambassador to the United States, and Kåre R. Aas, Norway’s Ambassador to the United States. The two ambassadors are visiting Minnesota to meet with members of the community and to discuss challenges and opportunities surrounding diaspora engagement in Norway and the United States, as well as issues related to Somalia and ways for the diaspora to support the development process there. This event is co-hosted by the American Refugee Committee.
