In the hundred years since a womyn’s strike for “bread and peace” helped bring about the Russian Revolution, womyn have led struggles not just for womyn’s equality but against racism, war and xenophobia, for labor rights and climate justice. On January, 21st of this year millions of womyn across the country and around the world poured into the streets to reject Trump and his blatant misogyny. Womyn have always been at the forefront of the struggle for a better world. Our panelists will provide historical perspective, examine the current situation, and explore the way forward for womyn.
