The Director of Youth Development for the Minneapolis Parks will be at the “Rec Quest CAC” meeting June 22nd from 6:00pm-8:00pm at Park Board headquarters. The Rec Quest CAC is tasked with creating the master plan for recreation in neighborhood parks in Minneapolis.

This is a chance to raise your voice and push for fully funded, high quality youth development programs in our parks. CAC members and the director need to hear how much of a cost burden child care and summer enrichment for working families, this is a livibility issue in a city where rent is taking up to half of our income and our children are left behind w/o accessible summer learning expereinces.
