Event Details

In collaboration with Project for Pride in Living and Minneapolis Institute of Art, Hope Community’s very first Power of Vision Cohort of artist-organizers is creating a 4000 sq. ft. mural on the Franklin Theatre building: now PPL’s Career Center (1021 E Franklin Ave). This project, taking place April – September 2019, is people-powered and the design will be a visual translation of the stories and ideas shared with us!

Please join us for the opening reception of the Power of Vision Gallery Exhibit. This exhibit will showcase the creative “behind the scenes” process of the cohort as well as pieces created by community members!

The opening will be held at Mia’s Community Commons Gallery (2400 3rd Ave S, Minneapolis MN), on Thursday, November 21st from 5pm-7pm!
