Event Details
Asian foods and cultures have been unfairly criticized and appropriated by chefs and industry magazines *cough cough Bon Appétit Magazine* for years. Some food critics are not equipped to review the cuisine of Asia’s many cultures and peoples, reducing our food to “fast, cheap, and exotic.” Bring your lunch and join us for a hearty conversation on food appropriation. This event is free and open to everyone.
