Money Moves: Investing in Justice & Change is a dynamic one-day convening grounded in collective learning and sharing on empowering justice-centered ways to leverage money to advance equitable distribution of wealth, land and power.
The programming is designed for high-income earners, people with access to wealth (i.e. wealth holders, life partners, siblings, adult children, etc.) and future inheritors.
The day will include social justice leaders, Resource Generation staff and members, as well as presenters from various class backgrounds. We’ll explore a range of topics from the current investing landscape and opportunities for redistributing resources in marginalized communities to local investing opportunities across various asset classes.
This confidential space uses storytelling, peer-learning, and skill building in order to inspire, challenge and support young people with class privilege and wealth to explore what justice-centered investing looks like in a supportive environment. This is an inclusive a multi-class, multi-identity space.
This work is deeply personal, it’s also about deeply connecting the individual to the collective and working towards societal transformation.
