Event Details

Learn about using the online, free tools contained in Google Drive. You’ll find out how to get started with Google’s versions of documents, spreadsheets, forms, presentations, and more. Share and collaborate with friends, family and co-workers and access your files from anywhere.

This is a hands-on class. Come prepared with:

  • A Google Account (gmail is a Google account.) Be sure to know your login/password information.
  • If using a tablet, know the password you use to download apps on the device (Apple App Store password, Google Play password, etc.)
  • A browser other than Internet Explorer (Chrome is recommended). If you prefer to use Explorer it needs to be a recent version.

Presented by Twin Cities Media Alliance and funded by MELSA. Computer Lab: Yes.

This class will be taught by Steffen Ryan. Thanks to our partnership with the Metropolitan Library Service Agency (MELSA), this class is offered free of charge. Pre-registration is required, as space is limited.
