In a rare two-day workshop, lettering artist and visual practitioner Heather Leavitt Martinez will share what she has learned from master calligraphers, sign painters, and graffiti artists and translated it to share with professionals and DIYers to improve their hand lettering.

Visual practitioners will learn practical tips on how to use lettering size, color and style to show hierarchy while on the job. Artists and lettering enthusiasts will enjoy the variety of mediums shared including working with markers, pen/brush and ink, chalkboards and more.

This is an opportunity to get hands-on experience, learn alongside of other professional visual practitioners and artists, and ask questions not otherwise available unless hiring her for private sessions. Each participant receives a virtual 1:1 session following the workshop.
