Join Cedar + Stone Urban Table’s Executive Chef Everton Clarke and Sous Chef Laura Bartholomew, along with Chef Tammy Wong of Rainbow Chinese Restaurant and Bar, Chef Jamie Malone of Brut, and Chef Diane Yang of Spoon and Stable, as they prepare a delicious 5-course meal at the upcoming James Beard Foundation Dinner for Women in Culinary Leadership. Each Chef will showcase their signature dish, highlighting their culinary passions and regional influences. The event will begin with an opening reception, followed by a 5-course dinner with pairings selected by Cedar + Stone, Urban Table’s Advanced Sommelier, Peter Plaehn. Minnesota Monthly’s Rachel Hutton, Editor in Chief, and Joy Summers, Food Critic, will be Guest Emcees.
