Healing Heart Wounds // Heartbreak RECOVERY IS A REAL THING!

Heart wounds can run deep. Many times the person affected can be debilitated by their pain. Tired of a person or situation being physically absent but psychologically present? This session was created for individuals that have dealt with heartbreak, break-ups and ambiguous loss. Facilitators will offer the opportunity for the participants to share their emotional pain through dialogue. Meditation, dialogue and other healing activities will be incorporated into this session. A releasing technique will be utilized to assist in releasing the emotional pain that no longer serves you and offers space to allow healing, love, and light.
