Cracked Walnut presents the fifth literary event of our fall reading series, If We Wanted To”. It is important to be mindful of the context of this reading and its location. This reading is located on the lands of Indigenous communities and will take place in Minneapolis’ Historic Northside community, in the UROC art gallery. UROC is located on the same block of the 4th precinct, were thousands of people occupied in protest of the murder of Jamar Clark who was killed just blocks away.
