Join us at Public Functionary for the most epic Afro Caribbean dance party. This is a public event that will serve as a fundraiser for Black Table Arts. The event is 18+ with a $10 cover.

Sounds by Keno Evol and Winnie Godi. This Afro Caribbean Epic Dance Party is a way to conjure other worlds thru black joy and raising volume in black life. This space is a liberated zone free from all forms of oppression and the violences we are fighting against when building a blue print to another world.

Come be lit. We will play music from across the diaspora. Take a break from emails, desk work, micr-aggressions and participate in your black magic. This is a sober event. Nonalcoholic drinks will be served. We recognize Afro Caribbean Music as a genre that might help us get more free if we can dare to dance in the face of white supremacy. Let’s shake the room.
