Interested in participating in the Dayton’s Bluff Neighborhood Microentrepreneur Program? The next class will begin in September 2013. The program helps start-up and young businesses; all East Side entrepreneurs are welcome. Classroom training lasts eight weeks and includes topics such as operations management, marketing, financial management, how to create a successful business, and how to prepare a business plan. In addition, each student will have eight hours of one-on-one time with the instructor to work on individual business concepts. Those who successfully complete the course and locate their businesses in target neighborhoods are eligible for ongoing business support services. Class size is limited.
