Corcoran GROWS Progressive Garden Tour: For the dreamers and inspired!

Sunday, August 25th 2013
Families and Children welcome.
Come on bike or on foot!

Have you ever taken an evening walk and wondered what kind of magical garden awaited you behind an inspired neighbor’s yard? Or looked out onto your own yard and dreamed about its potential?

If so, you are in luck!

Corcoran GROWS is hosting a Progressive Garden Tour in the Corcoran Neighborhood. We will visit five yards enjoying snacks/beverages at each home while the homeowners share the history of their yards–the struggles, the mistakes, the happy surprises, and inspired future. Our journey will take us through yards with rain barrel systems, effective compost structures, chicken coops, and more!  We hope that not only new gardeners and landscapers join us, but also experienced ones so our conversation can be about sharing knowledge and inspiration.

If you are interested in hosting a stop on our tour, please email or call Joe at 612-722-6473. We are looking for well established yards and for those in progress.

If you want to join us for this awesome neighborhood experience, then plan on arriving at Max and Mandy’s home–3557 24th Avenue South– at 3pm on August 25th!
