 Francisco, 35, has been in the United States without a license for 14 years. “Believe me,” he says, “you need  a license to bring medicine to a sick child.” He asks for the support of those watching this video on the Internet. “We know that Minnesota is going to be a state that gives us a license.”

Jorge has lived here for 25 years and has a driver’s license. Even though he has a license he’s not imune to the situation of other Latinos because, he says, “I know what it’s like to have the police behind you, to have your skin trembling, and you don’t even know don’t know whether to put on the brakes or hit the gas.”
